Service Design

This section discusses Service Design, the second of five Service Lifecycle stages. It describes the objectives and scope of the Service Design stage and takes a close look at 2 of the 8 Service Design processes, Design Coordination and Service Level Management. It also covers processes which includes Supplier Management, service Catalog Management, Capacity Management, Availability Management, IT Service Continuity Management, and Information Security Management.

Service Transition

This section discusses Service Transition, the third of five Service Lifecycle stages.
