CSI Guiding Principles

This section covers Continual Service Improvement Principles. It defines principles that should be applied to every improvement and every implementation initiative.

Metrics and Measurements

This section introduces metrics and measurement. It covers the Vision to Measurement Tree. It shows how a balanced score can help provide a clear prescription as to what should be measured in order to achieve the balance from a variety of perspectives.

Organizational Change Management

This section explains organizational change management. When it comes to Organizational Change Management it is essential to focus on the people to become successful.
